We are looking for someone who loves to be around people and help them, who wants to grow personally and professionally by performing responsible tasks, who shows empathy, compassion, courtesy, reliability and openness, sensitivity and responsiveness, kindness and cordiality, friendliness both within the team and towards patients. Experience is also welcome, but not a requirement.

The private clinics our company cooperates with are interested in qualified medical personnel and nurses. We support our employees in their desire to undergo training or upgrade their qualifications, and together with our partners we also provide internships.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

A B1 level of German language proficiency is required to apply. In order to be allowed to work as a nurse in Germany, the candidate must have a B2 level of German.

Through intensive training in German medical terminology during your German language course, you will be able to quickly adapt to your new workplace. Our company will help you successfully pass the interview with any German clinic.

Diploma recognition

What is recognition of diploma?

In order to be allowed to use the professional title of “nurse”, you must submit documents for recognition (Anerkennung), which will include information on the potential candidate’s education, professional qualifications and work experience in the same profession.

During the individual review of your documents in Germany, the diploma is examined for its equivalence with a German degree. This takes the duration of your education in your country, the subjects you have studied, and your previous work experience in the same field, into account. If your diplomas cannot be fully recognized, you will be offered subjects which you can study in order to obtain final recognition and a permit to work as a nurse in Germany. You can submit this application from abroad too.

A representative from our company will connect with you, to find out, what exactly is most important for you in your job search and will explain the whole job process registration in detail.

In a case like this you should contact your career representative and explain what kind of problems you face while working with your new employer. We will try to understand the situation and find the best way to solve it.

If you have completed your nursing degree outside of Germany, it may not be equivalent to a German education. In this case, the approbation authority will only partially recognize your education. You will be given recommendations on which subjects you will need to complete in order to receive full recognition of the diploma. As a rule, medical practice takes up to 6 months.
